'Yeah, I will admit, Aeris has some pretty good takes, but sometimes I think they get too РІР‚СљdefensiveРІР‚Сњ about some things people say.

I said something about their Kokichi vs Angie video and said that Kokichi was a more interesting character than Angie and has time and time again showed compassion and empathy in the game. they even banned me for something that wasn't even worth banning. 'Aeris also faked their death for a 'social experiment' like, how fucked up do you need to be to do that to your own fans? Jesus. it's perfectly fine if other people do, at least in my opinion.' i've had a brief interaction with them in youtube comments that was actually quite cordial, and from what i know, i don't think of them as a bad person, but their behavior just makes me feel uncomfortable supporting them. just in general, they have an incredibly aggressive attitude toward people who disagree when it comes to things like whether Character X is and they're very quick to jump to extremes, which personally unsettles me. unfortunately, it's difficult to find anyone talking about aeris that isn't outright hateful on account of their queer identity. they've also, to my knowledge, self-diagnosed with osdd-1b, and i understand that it's incredibly difficult to receive proper diagnosis and treatment for mental issues depending on your financial situation, but the way they present this feels irresponsible and misleading. 'aeris has a tendency to throw around accusations of homophobia and transphobia for inane things like shipping kokichi with female characters or thinking chihiro isn't actually trans. 'DonРІР‚в„ўt forget one of their reasons for hating 3-5 was РІР‚Сљforced heterosexualityРІР‚Сњ with kaito and maki which is just as cringe as those redditors who whine about РІР‚Сљforced diversityРІР‚Сњ when they see a trans character' And to top it off their 'analysis' videos are filled to the brim with bullshit and misinformation. Calling people transphobic for having an opinion on completely unrelated things, Misgendering cis people because misgendering is only bad if you're trans/s, Harrassing people who disagree with their headcanons that have no canon proof, One of those people, that think Chihiro is trans, Clear cisphobia (and 'it's only a joke' argument won't work on me), Taking her gender/sexuality headcanons way too seriously, I'll list most of the hate regarding them in hopes you'll understand: Yes, some of their analysis videos indeed have substance, however the undeniable fact remains they are biased for Kirumi and have a massive hateboner for Kokichi, refusing to acknowledge any and all information that would go against their own ideals on those topics.
